The Texas Museum of Chili Culture & Dallas Arts Festival present BRAVE COMBO!  (I think?)

Never did know too much about what exactly was supposed to happen here.  Bob Trammel called me 1 1/2 months ago and I said we’d play;  that was the last definite word we had.  Lyle and I thought that Master Cylinder would play at 3, so we got there (Texas Chili Parlor, downtown Dallas) at 3 or so, after going to the wrong Chili Parlor.  Met Bob Trammel, and he though the Atomic Ant Men were playing at 4 PM, then Brave Combo at around 7, and Master Cylinder at 9 (maybe?).  So Lyle & I went to Granny’s Dinner Theatre at five and hung around to see Will B. Able for five minutes or so.  Then back to the Chili Parlor to eat chili, drink beer, and hear ant men start at about six.  We then had to wait for a trio to play, then us about 9 o’clock.  We played good, about 1 hr 15 min.  Master Cylinder just went home.
