GRAND OPENING OF “RUBY ROLLERS: on S. Elm, Denton
Roller skating polka! They tried, maybe someday it’ll catch on.
A fairly good crowd, I wish thered’of been more people. Two kegs of beer gone fairly quickly. Most people reticent to dance, but the loyal fans “dancer girls” did OK.
We got stopped by the cops at 10:25 PM. Carl & I started playing again for Lyle to dance with Betty but the cop came back. I was playing acoustically the 2nd time! So, we stopped.
