“Brave Combo” Jams with the “Fort Worth Cats” at Uncle Fred’s Rocker

We all four +Jane rode down in Carl’s BMW.  We met Bob Lukeman there and took several rolls of photos for publicity.  We were acting pretty crazy,  but then Uncle Fred’s Rocker is a pretty crazy place I hear.  Getting free beer was nice also.

Played a set with a so-so reaction, discovering that the “in thing” at Uncle Fred’s is throwing Budweiser coasters at the band.  Then Carl and I jammed blues-style with the Cats and Tito played a few rockers also.  We cam back after a while as a group and played Evangelina with the Cats drummer and then Los Naranjales and Herrgards, Why Don’t You Be My Grill.

Possibilities for gig here – excellent, maybe as soon as the next weekend.

Went out to eat with Bob at the Pink Poodle Cafe.
